Distribution Reinvestment Plan and Individual Retirement Accounts
Investors may increase their annual earnings by reinvesting their distributions when they elect to purchase additional Units of Interests rather than receive a monthly check. This has the effect of compounding earnings monthly. If desired, the investor may receive monthly distributions on a portion of their investment account and additional Units of Interest on the balance. Investors may easily change their election at any time with a call or email to our office.
The Distribution Reinvestment Program is particularly beneficial to IRAs, where investors cannot receive distributions anyway and maximum return on investment is paramount. The investor’s IRA must be in a Self-Directed IRA account. Most custodians already have a Self-Directed IRA program and a transfer of account assets is a simple matter. The Grace Fund Investor Relations Department works with several Self-Directed IRA custodians and will be happy to assist IRA investors whose custodians do not have a program.
